Known issues:  None


Connected Version 1.0: There are currently no known issues with Connected Version 1.0.


Resetting the game: If you want to reset the game you can either reset each puzzle individually which will leave any unlocked levels unlocked.  Or alternatively if you want to completely reset the game you can delete the app and reinstall.


Please note: The app store does not charge twice for reinstalling apps that you have already purchased (assuming you use the same iTunes account).

General advice:


iPhone OS Version 2.0 & 2.1: As with all apps on earlier versions of iPhone OS there is a possibility of crashes due to memory management issues in the OS. If you experience stability problems these can normally be fixed by restarting your device.


We strongly recommend upgrading to iPhone OS 2.2 or above.


Problems after initial install: App installs are not always successful.  If Connected does not run after initial install we recommend deleting the application, restarting your device, and then reinstalling.  Again this is general advice that applies to all apps and only refers to issues running an app for the first time.
